Terms & Conditions, WAIVER

I, the Client, agree to fully cooperate in completing the training sessions as taught by  Got It Dog Training, LLC staff. By providing payment for my chosen program, I agree to these terms and conditions/waiver as my electronic or written signature.  No refunds will be made due to client inability to complete full lesson package. I will practice to develop the proficiency in the tasks being taught. I understand that every dog reacts in a different manner to training and that dogs are, by nature, unpredictable. Therefore, dog training requires full attention and total awareness at all times.

I understand that by dropping my dog's leash or taking my dog fully off leash, they are prone to serious risk, injury, death, or may cause harm to others. Animals may, without warning, cause injury to humans and/or other animals. I understand and agree that Got It Dog Training, LLC  is not responsible for the behavior of the pet at any time, now or in the future. The pet is my full responsibility, and what happens to other humans or animals is my fault. I hereby waive and release Got It Dog Training, LLC., its employees, contractors, owners and agents, of any and all claim resulting from participation in Got It Dog Training, LLC training including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from  the action of any dog, including my own. I further agree to pay veterinary / medical expenses incurred as a result of injury caused by my dog(s). I give Got It Dog Training, LLC permission to seek veterinary care if necessary, for my dog(s) at my sole expense, including flea or pest treatment, oral medication, or 

procedures requiring anesthesia. However, I will not hold Got It Dog Training, LLC responsible if they fail 

to seek veterinary care. 2. Board and Train: Any dog entering Got It Dog Training, LLC's training 

programs must be up to date on relevant vaccinations such as rabies and DHPP. In the event of an emergency, Got It Dog Training, LLC. is authorized to spend up to $100 for veterinary/clinic services at the owner’s expense. Got It Dog Training, LLC is not responsible for injuries or irritations resulting from dog’s own behavior while boarding such as scratching or attempting to escape from kennel, etc. 

I, the undersigned, as RELEASOR, in consideration of  Got It Dog Training, LLC , as RELEASEE, release RELEASEE’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, employees, agents, directors, officers as to attacks, bites, mauling, or all of them, by dogs or other animals to any person or animal including my own for the safety of myself, my dog, those around me and those dogs around me while learning dog training and while working with my dog. I sign below in recognition of my understanding that any injuries received by me, others and/or by my dog or other animals while taking lessons, classes, participating in behavior consultations, or after such activities in my home or at any other location are my own responsibility. I further affirm that I will always inform my instructor and  Got It Dog Training, LLC, in writing, of any unusual difficulties or conditions my dog may be experiencing prior to the beginning of a training session or behavior consultation, or during such sessions. This release may not be changed orally. For Behavior Consultations,  Got It Dog Training, LLC  agrees to obtain a history of the pet, information about the pet’s living environment and family members, to assess the situation and develop a behavior modification plan, Client agrees to divulge all relevant information to  Got It Dog Training, LLC  and to follow the instructions developed by  Got It Dog Training, LLC  in the training modification plan completely and in a timely manner. Client further understands that if the pet lives or comes in contact with other family members, that these individuals may be required to participate in training modification plan if it is to produce favorable results. Client also understands and agrees that  Got It Dog Training, LLC  is not responsible for the behavior of the pet at any time, now or in the future. No refunds will be made due to client inability to complete full lesson package.  I understand that the instructor reserves the right to expel any person or dog (without refund) whose presence jeopardizes the safety of others.

I will comply with all By-laws, statues and regulations of the City of Houston area, The City of Houston communities and established cities within them. I am responsible for ensuring that my dog is free of communicable diseases, that my dog is well socialized and not aggressive towards other animals or people.

I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties and no representations or warranties have been made except as set out herein.

I agree that if any term or condition is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforcement of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby and the agreement shall be construed as if the offending term or condition has not formed a part thereof.

I agree that this Release shall bind my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

I understand that the degree to which a dog is successfully trained is a function of the interest, commitment and cooperation of the owner. I acknowledge and agree that there is no guarantee that my dog will achieve the desired level of training. I understand I may not fully grasp all dog training techniques and concepts to the level of a professional trainer, and execution of techniques and training will differ based on my skill level and comprehension.

I understand that there is a $50.00 fee for same day cancellations. 

I understand that there is a $25.00 fee for rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson. 

Got It Dog Training, LLC may use pictures of me or my dog for publicity or promotional purposes of Got It Dog Training, LLC or Got It Dog Training, without liability or obligation of any kind to me.

I have read this release and understand it and acknowledge that, in completing any payment for any training lesson, class, package, program offered by Got It Dog Training, I acknowledge as my digital signature and understand that I shall be bound by its' Terms and Conditions contained herewith.
