As a teenager I volunteered at the Houston SPCA, which peeked my interest in working with animals. I also worked as a Client Care Team Member, and I completed Texas Wildlife Center’s internship.
This was just the start of getting into the animal field.

In 2017, I graduated from Kansas State with my Bachelor’s in Animal Science and Industry, Pre-Vet Med. My main interest was to begin training animals, which lead me to my next step in my career: dolphin training.

I completed Marineland Dolphin Adventure’s Marine Mammal Training Internship shortly after graduating from KSU. It was a half-year internship where I gained hands on experience with the dolphins and was coached by the trainers. 

I then completed Karen Pryor Academy’s Professional Dog Trainer Program where I was awarded the title KPA CTP (Certified Training Partner). I began training dogs full time and continue to build my education every chance I can. Online courses, seminars, workshops, and doing collaborations with other local trainers.

Since then, I have also acquired my Certified Professional Dog Trainer Knowledge Assessed title (CPDT-KA). I have successfully trained hundreds of dogs in Houston, TX: From virtual calls, to private in-home lessons, to group classes at a facility, park, and Harris County Animal Shelter, I’ve been blessed to have helped so many dogs and their owners.
